For auctions, all online, pre-bidding will start at $1. Some units in the auction are subject to a reserve which is the confidential minimum price below which such unit will not be sold. During the live auction the auctioneer may open the bidding on any unit by placing a bid below the reserve, if applicable, on behalf of the seller.

Offer price or "Buy Now" price excludes tax, title, license, finance charges, service fee, emissions testing charge, and other fees required or allowed by applicable law; document, freight and prep fees, which vary by state, may also be added in AL, AZ, IN, IA, KS, MT, NH, NC, ND, SC, WV, and WY. For online sales, making an offer does not guarantee a sale, even if it is the highest offer received at the close of the sale. Sale of a unit via online sale or Buy Now is only final when a buyer has entered into a final purchase agreement with Camping World. Camping World has the right at its absolute and sole discretion to refuse any offer or opt not to sell a unit. No offer is accepted until expressly accepted by Camping World.

By completing the pre-approved form, you consent to have your credit file accessed for purposes of prequalifying for a vehicle loan. This is a soft inquiry and will not impact your credit score. You agree to the Privacy Notice, Terms and Conditions, and acknowledge you may be contacted by Camping World. You understand that you might not prequalify depending on the pre-qualification criteria.

You are strongly advised to personally examine any unit in which you interested before the auction or online sale takes place. All units are sold AS IS and without recourse and Camping World does not make any warranties or representations, express or implied, with respect to such units. Camping World does not make any express or implied warranty or representation of any kind or nature with respect to merchantability, fitness for purpose, correctness of correctness of the catalogue or other description of the physical condition, size, quality, rarity, importance, medium, material, genuineness, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source, origin, exhibitions, literature or historical significance of any lot sold. The absence of any reference to the condition of a lot does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. No statement, whether written or oral, and whether made in the listing, or in supplements to the listing, an advertisement, a bill of sale, a salesroom posting or announcement, the remarks of an auctioneer, or otherwise, shall be deemed to create any warranty, representation or assumption of liability.
